I completely expected an overturned guilty verdict!!!

I expected the guilty verdict, but then waited for it to be overturned in some fantastically clever 'Seinfeldian' way which would have vindicated what Jackie Chiles said, " You don't have to help anybody, that's what this country's all about!"
