2 Things I Don't Think Anyone's Mentioned About the Finale

I've read a lot of these comments about the finale. I have to say it certainly wasn't the best Seinfeld, but I 'd give it a thumbs up and I liked how it tied a lot of things together. There are 2 things though that I haven't seen anyone mention. Here they are:

1) The law was called the good samaritan law. I never saw the episode "The Good Samaritan," but I read about it in the recent all-Seinfeld EW issue and it seemed pretty clear they were trying to make a reference to this episode. Supposedly in that one Seinfeld tried to be a good samaritan and it ended up getting him in trouble. Maybe that's partly the reason the gang didn't anything.

2) I also noticed a bit of an error. I wouldn't think Jackey Chiles would want to do another law suit with Kramer. Didn't Kramer say in the episode "The Comeback" that he and Jackey weren't allowed within a certain distance from each other. Jackey didn't even want to defend Kramer at first with the tobacco suit.

What does everyone else think about these two points?

I agree that I was surprised Jackey Chiles jumped on a case that involved Kramer. But he was a good character and the finale wouldn't have been complete without him.

I'm surprised about all of the post-finale bitching. Truth is, most Seinfelds get better with age.
