As a loyal fan who has watched from the beginning, I was very impressed by the finale. I think any real Seinfeld fan has to at least appreciate the episode. Seinfeld, lately, has been quite watered down for the "bandwagon" fans. The finale, however, was obviously geared toward us long-time viewers, who would understand who all the characters were, and especially those who would get the final reference to the "Seinfeld Chronicles" episode. Ending the show as it began was not only funny, but it really did move me. I'll miss Seinfeld, but the reruns will live on forever :)

I completely agree...but I have been getting all kinds of flack from people who either don't get it (because they haven't always been watching), or just feel like being annoying. I was quite moved, and I thought they did a great job. The final conversation being the same as the first ever was incredible and very cool.
