No, in fact, they showed the "move" one on the sydicated episode that same night. The guy who plays the mechanic (and Elaine's boyfriend) on "The Move" episode is now Eric on Dave's World, a somewhat ditzy handyman who always messes up things, and also plays the wacky neighbor, and boyfriend to Dave's secretary.
