no, he is not. but while watching the show last night, i was wondering how the people on the street recognized him as O'Brien when he got out of the car to let Elaine and Kramer in the limo.

If he is the leader of the Aryan union, he's either very very VERY deceptive or very very confused (he dated, or shall I say, attempted to date a communist, thus making him more inclined to leftist ideological concepts, even though that would lack any rational explication for his pathological covetousness and greediness, instead of the more logical far right leanings the aryan union would have.
But you shouldn't overestimate the non-apparition of O'brien, because, after all, they didn't show Lomez either, but it surely isn't Newman, like someone thought a while ago.....
