Does anyone know the name of the episode which begins with kramer moving around jerrys apartment and impersonates jerry ("Whats the deal with politics?")

I'm not sure, but that's one hell of a subject!

That scene is one of my all time favourite Kramer scenes. I think it is hilarious, especially the bit where he impersonates Jerry. That cheesy, toothy smile he does after he says "I don't get it" kills me. Whenever I'm watching that episode on tape, I inevitably rewind the opening and watch another two times.

What are other peoples fave Kramer moments? Too many to list? Another one of mine is his lecture to Jerry on marriage, and all its pitfalls. "Please may I go to the bathroom?"

"The Jimmy" - When his mouth is numb from Novocaine (then again later when Jimmy punches him at the Mel Torme function..."when they pull that needle out, I like the expletives fine.")

"The Contest" - "I'm out." It's also hilarious when they cut to each cast member tossing and turning in bed, then show Kramer sleeping peacefully. The episode is such a classic...there's also the moment when he's begging Jerry not to close the blinds on the naked woman across the street

"The Serenity Now" - When he's sitting in the hallway muttering "serenity now, serenity now" after the neighborhood kids have vandalized "Anytown, U.S.A."

"The Junk Mail" - When the Postmaster General (Wilford Brimley) makes him cry

"The Conversion" - When the Latvian Orthodox priest tells him he has "The Kavorka" - "Help me, Father. Help me."

"The Pool Guy" - "Hewwo, and welcome to Movie Fone."

"The Gum" - When he orders an ancient hot dog at the theater to humor Lloyd Braun ("interesting texture.")

"The Slicer" - When he sticks the paper clip in the outlet outside Elaine's apartment and electrocutes himself (and also later, when he plays Dr. Van Nostren in the white butcher's coat)

"The Opposite" - When he makes an appearance on "Live With Regis and Kathie Lee" to promote his coffee table book (another good one is when he's meeting with Lippman, and is repeatedly startled by Lippman's sneezing.)

"The Sniffing Accountant" - the whole scene in the bar with the accountant ("We set up a sting. Like ABSCAM. Like ABSCAM, Jerry.")

"The Voice" - "You know Darren, if you had told me 25 years ago that I'd be standing here about to solve the world's energy problems, I would've said, 'you're crazy.' Now let's push this giant ball of oil out the window."

"The Chaperone" - When he's coaching Miss Rhode Island in the hotel room ("If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times - poise counts! It's just as important as the others. Swimsuit. Evening wear. Talent. POISE." His delivery on the word 'poise' is wild.)

"The Understudy" - When he sings "Wind Beneath My Wings" to Bette Midler in the hospital

"The Fusilli Jerry" - "Dr. Cosmo Kramer. Proctology."

And this only scratches the surface...!

I always thought he said, "I let the expletives fly."

I don't know the episode name, but it's in the one that goes backwards in time, and ends with Kramer "Hi"ing at Jerry when Jerry moves in to his appartment. The dialog from that and on is geat!

I don't know. Some people use exclamation points a lot more haphazardly than others :)

And what about that scene in The Nap, where Kramer enters Jerry's apartment just after it's finished. Then he scares the hell out of himself when he sees Jerry. That scene rocks!
