Frank says he has expanded the Festivus concept. Details are in the process being hammered out and will be announced soon. For now all that has been released is the addition of a second feast day! That's right- now Festivus comes twice a year! The date of the second Festivus is still pending. We will have more tomorrow, but tonight Frank is attending a catered affair.
