Jerry's Apartment

Any Manhattanites willing to try and guess how much a similar apartment would rent for nowadays? Known: West Side, lower 80's, one bedroom, Maybe 700 sq feet. total, decent building, no door-man. Just curious.

Being a manhattanite and looking for an apartment, that would go for about $1700. Much smaller 1 bedroom apt's on the upper east / upper west go fo about $1400.

The "Real" Kramer has money from inventing some silly disco-shoe-lights or something back in the '70's. He's not a Millionaire, but he still gets royalties. Plus, he's now got the "Real Kramer Reality Tour" in NYC.......typical......typical.
