The Elaine mannequin maker and other observations...

In the episode "The Pie", the one where there is a store mannequin that looks like Elaine, they briefly show the person who designed the mannequin. Does anyone know if he appeared in any other episode? Is he the same person who mutilates Frank Costanza's TV guide, and has a crush on Elaine?

Also, the time when George runs off the toilet yelling "Say Vandelay, say Vandelay", does anyone remember if he was wearing a shirt? I think he was. In "The Gymnast" George he says that he always takes off his shirt while going to the bathroom. Cheers, Howard

He was wearing his shirt. This is sort of an inconsistancy, because we've seen George go into a bathroom many times, sometimes for only a minute, not nearly enough time to remove the shirt, take care of business, then put the shirt on again. Maaaaybe if it's a t-shirt, but George often wears shirts with buttons and collars. And the few times we've seen him rush out of the bathroom, he always has the shirt on. All except for that one episode.
