Can anyone tell me the name of the very, very funny episode where George gets a job and Elain in turn loses hers? (Causing her to say, amusingly, "I've become George!") This is the one episode with the most philosophical bent to it, and I NEED TO KNOW ITS NAME!

I recently saw this episode again in situation, and I'd definitely place it in the top 5. The whole "even steven" thing is brilliant-- I especially loved when Jerry's girlfriend breaks up with him and he responds by saying "it's okay, I'll find someone else"!
