George is clearly the most interesting and consistently funny character. I tune in basically to see what he's up to. The mind boggles! Only George would rail against the collapse of society as he has to wait for a pay phone, or get out from behind a double parker. He's such a shmendrick! How could Jason Alexander not have won Best Supporting Actor?
Kramer's... amusing. But as a character, he has nowhere near the development of George. He's kind of like a cartoon.
