The Betrayal - Fantastic!

Very well done episode last night which had several clever gags as well as references to the past for long-standing Seinfeld fans Things I particularly enjoyed:

The colored Lolipop gag Jerry rushing to Newman's apartment (you just know how much he despises it-take the episode where he comes over to ask about Newman's ex) to avoid

The "awkward pause"
The Fruit Loops and Milk in the drawer

Kessler - great reference to the pilot

Oh just a whole lot of things. Unlike many on this newsgroup, I've enjoyed most of this season but I will agree this episode was this season's best (so far). I hope Jerry signs on for another year (thus continuing the financial prosperity of Julia, Michael and Jason) as well as the possibility of producing even a few episodes like "The Betrayal". My Grade - A

The best thing about the Betrayal episode was the absence of George's parents. I did not miss hearing them scream and hearing his mother yell "Georgie". The show improves dramatically without them.

Another thing I noticed--during the India scenes, the sitar (sp? Is that even what it is?) music is playing the licks of the usual "Seinfeld" transition music...

Also, didja notice the lighthouse in the CastleRock logo was moving in the opposite direction--right to left and light to dark, instead of versa vice?
