When Jerry tells Elaine that George is taking the car so that he can make love to Ava, she's upset wondering what they'll do for a ride.
When she then saw Ava wearing a real fur, she has an argument about it and eventually, George and Ava leave together and Elaine turns to Jerry and says "Call Kramer", meaning she no longer cared if George took the car.
