Serenity Now!?

What exactly does Serenity Now! means? I haven't seen the beginning of the episode so I didn't quite get it.

What I found amusing...if you will, was _The Serenity Now_ technique Frank Costanza was told to use, was somewhat liek an old episode of _The Honeymooners_.

Ralph Kramden was flipping out at times, and was told to say a phrase to himself when he got po'd at something.

It was "pins and needles, nedles and pins...it's a happy man that grins" After he said that, he was supposed to foprget what got him riled to begin with. Of course...it didn't work. ;-)
