No, there were a few more without Elaine. I'm pretty sure that she had a couple of kids during the nine year run of the show, and I think some of her misses were due to pregnancy, etc. For example, I know that she was missing from "The Trip" at the beginning of the fourth season.

Elaine was entirely missing from three episodes: the pilot, and both parts of "The Trip".

Other characters who missed episodes: Kramer in "The Chinese Restaurant", Kramer and George in "The Pen".
