Jerry has a sister?

I was watching an old episode last night, the one in the Chinese restarunt. Where Jerry saw a lady from Uncle Leo's office. Jerry said she'll tell unlce leo then he'll tell (sombody else) then then to his sister and then his sister will tell his mom. Did this sister ever appear, or did they even mention her in any of the other episodes?
