Just the one, the pilot "Good News Bad News" featured Jerry, George & Kramer but no Elaine.
On a side note why the hell does George wear a white cap in that episode? He looks like total tit.

Do you mean before the Elaine character was invented or are you also referring to ANY episodes in which Elaine did not appear? There was one episode before the character was invented (The Seinfeld Chronicles) and a couple episodes (The Trip Part 1 and 2) Elaine did not appear in, which aired after the character was invented. I was talking about the original premise, when there was no concept of "Elaine", it was just about Jerry, George, Kessler, and Claire (The Waitress).
