Help!! Tickets Please!

Somebody please give me a confident answer as to whether or not its possible to get tickets to see a live taping of Seinfeld. I have heard that they dont allow the public in for the tapings but I called NBC the other day and got an address to write to. Unfortunately the box was closed and I had my letter sent back to me. If anyone knows anything more about this please write back. Thanks.
