Meanwhile, Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld), discovers his willingness to make a commitment makes him desirable to women. Also, Elaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is forced to run the catalogue company when her boss, J. Peterman (guest star John O'Hurley), has a breakdown and leaves her in charge. Elsewhere, Kramer (Michael Richards) masters the art of karate and fights against some unworthy opponents.

GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION? - George (Jason Alexander) devises a way to confirm his suspicions that the attorney (guest star Bruce Davison, Oscar-nominee, "Longtime Companion") for The Susan Ross Foundation believes he murdered Susan (Heidi Swedberg, not seen). Meanwhile, Jerry (Jerry Seinfeld) decides he really likes a new woman he's dating (guest star Kim Myers), but only after Newman (Wayne Knight) informs him of Kramer's (Michael Richards) feelings for her.
