I thought that I recognized the scene from the "Bro / Manzere" episode where Kramer is pursued by a group of German tourists who see him carrying what they think is a stolen TV. A similar scene takes place in Marathon Man where former Jewish concentration camp survivers recognize the "White Angel"- a death camp dentist/torturer played by Sir Lawrence Olivier. What is another give away of the connection is the fake seriousness of this scene where the Germans pursue him with such seriousness. The scene flips back with to the comic with Kramer showing the Germans the Manzere.
