I finally saw the ep where Kramer falls asleep on the girl and she thinks he's dead. After he gets back from the Hudson he says to Jerry 'I woke up in the Hudson river IN A SACK!' I almost bust a gut laughing.

Yes, I saw that one the other day too. It is good.
What I found so funny about that, is that it seems that nothing phases Kramer. So that when he added "IN A SACK!" it was really a surprise.
