That was Lori Loughlin of the tv show Full House with Bob Saget. Lori played the wife of John Stamos' character.

I remember Lori from The Edge of Night, as I was experiencing the
magical wonder of puberty at the time, and I just thought she was
the most naturally beautiful woman I'd ever seen!  Since then, I've
always had a hard--  er, soft spot, (in my heart!) for her.  It was
great to see her hook up with Jerry.
