Anyone else think it was maybe too much of a coincidence that they showed the two part episode of Jerry's dad getting impeached the same day that a real life impeachment hearing was beginning? Even more interesting was that the real life hearing was almost as ridiculous as the TV one. I'm sure the TV schedule was probably set well in advance, but I actually never enjoyed that episode (usually one of my favorites) less than when I watched it Monday and Tuesday night and was constantly reminded of the real life joke that seemed to be parodying it that very day.
Was this a joke?
