In the chinese woman episode what was supposed to be funny with them saying things like rines are crossed etc?

Does anyone know what epidsode it was elain mispronounced some name in jerrys apartment pretty similar to kramer in the cafe episode.

George and Jerry are discussing something in jerrys place and then something happens and jerry tells george the result and george says something like "what do i care" and walks out. can anybody tell what episode that was

Ive read that jerry is a vege does anyone know if thats true?

I believe Jerry was trying to figure out if the woman was Chinese (wasn't her name Chinese but she looked American?), and he heard her mispronounce some Ls as Rs the way Chinese stereotypes talk.

The Chinese woman one is funny because a typical Asian stereotype is that they pronounce "Ls" as "Rs". Instead of Lines, Rines or instead of "Hello" they say "Herro"
