Who does the voice of the New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner? I'm sure someone has already mentioned this, but I have heard his voice on numerous episodes.
For instance he does the voice of the man with the cape, the annoncer on the airplane, on the episode where Kramer reveals his name, he is some guy from the street who yells out "what's happening Cosmo," and some other ones that I can't remember.
Which ones am I missing and who is this guy?
