Can someone please settle a bet between my wife and I? We just saw "The Smelly Car" episode, and I could swear that the guy working as the video clerk was the comedian Carrottop. She says "no way". Can someone please help!

It HAD to be HIM. NO one else looks like HIM!!! They just hid his hair. Same voiuce, same face though. He just wasn't pulling out stupid props and acting like he was on crack.
