Did they say who rated the phrase "funny"? I think a more interesting slant on the TV phrases is how much they entered common usage. Seinfeld's "Not there's anything wrong with that." became a frequent response to any gay reference. Back in "my day" the Get Smart phrase, "Sorry about that, Chief" was heard everywhere on Campus as was Robin's, "Holy <insert anything silly>, Batman". as in ... Holy petunias, Batman, whenever Robin was surprised about something.
