The Clip????

What is this episode The Clip people are mentioning??? Am I missing something???

The Clip Part 1 and The Clip Part 2 were supposed to be the (1-hour) 100th episode, which apparently has never been seen in syndication. I assume it was one of those episodes where they show clips from the best scenes of all the shows that aired up to that point. It was scheduled to be shown last week but was pulled at the last minute.

I have this episode on tape. It's a 100th episode (clips from other shows) Jerry also talks to the audience (studio and home) with seemingly bad writing. The clips were divided up into categories of Jerry, Elaine, etc, and Catch Phrases, Sex, etc

People are referring to an hour-long episode called "Highlights of a Hundred" which was a show with clips from the first 100 episodes. A lot of people just call it "The Clip Show." No one's ever seen it in syndication. It was on the schedule to be on a couple weeks ago, but other episodes were shown instead, so we are all still frustrated about it!

I've watched it! They showed in here in Singapore. There is a part 1 and part 2, 1/2 hour each. I thought it was rather good. They showed all the funniest clips in the past 100 episodes. At the beginning it showed how Jerry and George approached NBC on doing a show about 'Nothing'. And every section of it there is a title like - relationships where it shows all the past girls Jerry, Kramer and George have...it also showed how many episodes I've missed.

It was also the first time I have actually heard the full title song, with all the 'pops' and electric guitar and a proper introduction of all the Seinfeld characters like in other normal shows. It was a refreshing change instead of Jerry's usual standup comedies. I enjoyed it. You should get a tape of it.

          from, but often it doesn't show enough to amuse anyone
          who doesn't have previous viewing to fall back on.

          You're supposed to laugh in self-congratulation as you
          realize "I remember that!  I know what they're talking
          about!"  Kind of a sophomoric approach IMHO...
