Can't Spare a Square Actress

Can someone please help me? I am desperate to know the name of the actress who played Jerry's girlfriend and the supposed telephone-sex operator who couldn't spare a square of toilet paper for Elaine. Where have I seen her before? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!

Her name is Jamie Gertz; I know her best as the vampire "Star" in the movie "The Lost Boys."

She was also "Bootsy" on "The Facts of Life".

I believe her name is Jamie Gertz (although I am not completely positive) and I remember her from the movie "The Lost Boys". I am sure she has been in a bunch of other stuff too though.
