Puddy Was PROMOTED To Car Salesman???

I thought "The Dealership" was great, but...Puddy got a PROMOTION to salesman from mechanic? Must've been a put-on. Any zhlub can sell a car, but it takes TALENT to fix an engine.

I agree. It takes a great lyer to sell a car, but great skill to fix it.

too true. i was cringing at the stupidity. this episode just lacked. could george be any more annoying? candy line-up?

the kramer story-line was livable.

thank god for the 11pm reruns on channel 11 - now THERE'S comedic writing.

it is rather sad to exit on weak chuckles...better to leave them laughing. literally.

Last night's show was about the lamest thing I have seen from Seinfeld.

The characters are way, way, way too over the top. It appears that Seinfeld is now trying to parody the earlier way they developed the characters. George was too outrageous and Kramer was too crazy. And Elaine was too ugly and the idea that she would make up with Puddy to get Jerry a better deal on his car just does not work.

I'm not sad Seinfeld is ending- they are out of gas...

Or the candy line up setup that got screwed up...

and then Jerry. "what will it take to put you 2 back into a relationship today?".... turn around of the whole car selling scene.

And more Kramer stunts.. first the bottle deposit a few years ago, now test
driving cars until they run out of gas..   and then he just leaves the guy
there..    the only thing missing from that is if when Kramer got out of the
car he had said (in Jerry tone), "That's a shame!"

The only disappointment was not seeing Robyn Mirsky that we've all heard about. I rate this show as one of the best this year (next to the Butter Shave, The Voice (helllloooooo) and The Betrayal).

That was "on the flip side," and it was about the only funny part of the whole show.

This is true. I also thought that The Dealership was lame and the laughtrack was especially annoying. Maybe because in the past I was laughing and didnt notice it, but last night I was not laughing and could hear it. But even bad Seinfeld is pretty good and better than anything else on TV.

I thought the first part was really funny but it ran out of steam. Right after George confronted the mechanic it was over. I didn't like the Kramer thread too much. I agree with the people who post on George being angry too much. They are way overdoing this. They did the same thing in the "Apology". The writers missed a good opportunity in the "Ragaholics Anonymous" scene to have all the rageaholics go into a rage over George's rage.

Did anybody ever admit to getting the two Twix? I thought it would have been funny when Kramer and the salesman were riding around if the salesman had pulled them out and they would have both eaten them. Maybe this happened and I just missed the scene.

I've had this happen in real life where I've accused somebody do doing something which from my vantage point I was virtually assured of and feeling real stupid when I found out I was wrong.

I thought this was one of weakest episodes this year after the first 10 minutes which were great.

As for the poster who thought that the Kramer turning into a turkey was unrealistic. I thought that was the funniest thing yet this year. I loved to play that in slow motion with Kramer waving his wing, "Hi Buddy".
