Subplot Threads...can you see the LINK!??

In Huckelberry's response to "RE: Why are there no Seinfeld clones", he
says, in talking about shows with single people and multiple plots that
intersect in unforseeable ways "...Seinfeld does that aspect better than
the others..." and "...the public just sees unrelated plots in an
episode as more realistic than multiple plots that happen to be
related."
     Well, I can see how the writers of Seinfeld have a common thread of
an idea in each of the subplots, and I challenge other viewers (or the
"ppublic" to tell us when they see it.
     For example, in "The Jimmy" syndicated and shown on 4/10, the
common thread is "Misunderstandings due to some attribute" :
     Jimmy talking about himself in the third person "-Jimmy likes
Elaine" gets Elaine misunderstanding who Jimmy is because of Jimmy's
"third person referral" to himself.
     Then Kramer is thought to be mentally challenged because of his
awkward walk in the training jumping shoes, and his slow and slurred
speech because of the effects of novicaine.
     George is thought to be lying because he's sweating when he's being
questioned about some missing equipment...(when in fact he had some hot
Chinese food that makes one sweat).
     And, the effects of nitrous oxide after browsing through Penthouse
magazine while waiting in the dentist's office made him think that the
dentist and the hygenist were fooling around while he was under
anesthesia.
     Do any of you detect common threads in subplots in most episodes?
