A kramer continuity error

Having found a particular site that points out Seinfeld continuity errors etc., I decided to submit an observation that I hadn't seen being discussed so far: In "The Comeback", Kramer realises that it's possible to get out of a coma (quite an important part of the plot) - but he should already know this because, in an earlier episode, he witnessed one of the building's neighbours, Martin coming out of his coma at the hospital ("The Suicide"). Nothing *too* major perhaps, he could have "forgotten" of course..

How about when George says that he wants to tell the girl (don't remember what ep.) that he love's her, because he as never done that before, only to a dog. And then he thinks that the girl didn't hear him, and he says it again.

The thing is, he has said it before to a girl, I don't remember this episode either. He says something about how he had to say it. I don't think we get to see the actuall moment when he says it, only when he tells Jerry later that he said it. It's one of the early episodes, I think. Can anyone help me out here and give me the names of the episodes I'm talking about.

Yeah, you're talking about "The Ex-Girlfriend" where Jerry asks George, "Did you tell her you loved her?" and George replies, "Oh I had no choice, she squeezed it out of me! She'd tell me she loved me. Alright, so at first I'd just look at her and go 'oh really?' or 'boy that's something' but eventually you have to come back with 'well, I love you.' You can only hold out for so long."
