Was run tonight and in my opinion Kramer's retelling of the driving of the bus has to be one of, if not his best bits ever. Any other suggestions?

I like that little pattern that Seinfeld had with these stories. The bus story captivated Jerry and George, and just watching them while Kramer told the story was one of the funniest aspects of it.

Another example is George when he conquered the whale (with the golf ball). The story he told completely mesmerized Jerry, George, and Elaine, and it seemed to be a reoccuring segment in future shows.

It is one of my favorites too, but I get the feeling that they were improvising some of it. Kramer is inserting several unnessecary "You know" as if to give him a fraction to think up the next few words.

But the story is hilarious and Richards body language is super!

Absolutely. I'd rate those two episodes in the top 5. The pinky toe episode has always been my favorite.

I always like to watch the expressions on Elaine's face, when Jerry is explaining to the car rental clerk how the reservation is supposed to work.

Yes, that is an absolutely superb bit! She has such an expressive face that just watching her can be a delight. She has such a short fuse and she is so often on the verge of blowing up. I don't follow awards shows but in a just world she would have won a lot of them over the span of the series.
