Some years ago, this very question sparked a thread that lasted for weeks and resulted in a number of convoluted theories. Here, IMHO, is the best of those theories:
The well coiffed, pristine young lady in the episode is a classic anal retentive with a predilection for extreme hygiene and a love of her dear father (Poppy). Ironically, her father Poppy is sloppy when it comes to hygiene. He doesn't wash after using the bathroom, and then proceeds to knead dough for his pizza parlour. Off duty he urinates on Jerry's sofa.
Miss Pristine refuses to share Jerry's pie because he offers her bites from his plate and obviously intends to share his fork with her. Doesn't she look like the type who would wear that new anti-bacterial pantyhose? She could do kitchen cleanser or Tidybowl ads. She's Miss Clean.
