Jerry has a sister who was mentioned I think once in The Chinese Restaurant, but never shown.
George has a brother Brother who was mentioned twice in The Parking Spot and in The Suicide, but never shown.

As for appearing in eps, no siblings ever appeared in any episodes.
it was george who claimed to have a brother - the line was something like "my brother impregnated a woman once" but i can't remember which episode. I seem to remember elaine mentioning a sister at some point too?

Elaine's family is from Baltimore if I recall. Wonder if they could have Elaine pop up on next season of HBO's "The Wire" if that is the case.
Well Elaine's sister, Gail, lives in St Louis. So I guess she blewout of Towson just like Elaine.
