Jerry got a call from NBC (the TV station that owns and runs Seinfeld in the USA). About five years back, Jerry and George pitched a pilot for a TV sitcom called "Jerry". After five years the new network heads found the pilot, and decided they liked it. NBC give George and Jerry access to a private jet, which they can take anywhere before going to Hollywood to start work on the show. Jerry wants to take George, Elaine and Kramer out for a big vacation/bash. They decide to go to Paris.
Kramer was having trouble getting water out of his ear, (he'd been to the beach before this all started. He keeps hopping on one foot and hitting his head to get the water out. On the plane, he starts doing this again, and he falls through the door of the cabin, and onto the pilot's controls. The plane goes into a nose dive.
Believing they're going to die, George admits he cheated during "the Contest". Elaine tells Jerry, "I have always loved U..." but stops in mid sentence when the plane levels out. There is an emergency landing in Massachusetts, (Northeast USA).
While the plane is being repaired, the four go into town to get some food. On the main street, the four witness a robber pull a very fat man out of a car and rob him. While the carjacking is happening, the four make jokes about the fat guy and do nothing to help. Kramer even video tapes it.
Now get this. The police arrest the four because of a new "Good Samaritan" law on the books, which says it's a crime, not to help someone in trouble. They are the first people ever arrested under the law. and will be it's first test case.
Kramer's lawyer Jackie Chiles, Is brought in. But since this is a test case, the prosecutors decide to make a big deal out of it. They also decide that they'll have to make it a issue of character.
Next, you see Banya, Mikey, J.Peterman, Keith Hernandez, George's folks, Jerry's folks, Newman, and others all packing bags and heading to Massachusetts. The court trial becomes a circus, like the OJ trail, including special reports from Geraldo Rivera (He's a bigTV tabloid reporter up. here.)
It's to complicated to describe all the details, but for the next 20 minutes, almost every major character from the past is brought in to testify about how callow and mean the four are. Including:
The Bubble Boy The Virgin - from "the Contest" Babu - Jerry lost his imigration papers and he was deported The Library Cop Mr. Pitt Terri Hatcher - can't think of her name, but she was the girlfriend Jerry couldn't tell if her breats were real or not. George's Fiance's parents The little old lady Jerry stole the Marble rye from. And even The Soup Nazi, who came all the way from Argentina.
During the Trial, Jackie Chiles sleeps with Terri hatcher "Yes they're real, and they're spectacular"
The jury comes back in about twenty minutes.
Don't read any further if you want to keep the very end a secret. 5 4 3 2 1 They're found guilty. They're sentenced to one year in jail. As the four sit in a holding cell Jerry starts talking to George about how the second button buttoned on a shirt makes all the difference in whether the shirt is successful or not.
As the camera backs away, George says, "Haven't we had this conversation before? (It was a bit from the very first Seinfeld)
The closer, over credits - Jerry, in orange prison garb, doing stand up in the prison mess hall. (Nice looking crowd, where ya from sir - Cell block C - hey my friend George lives in cellblock C)
Jerry gets booed off the stage. Him and George are escorted away by the guards.

The entire show ran two hours. The first 45 minutes was a clip show of past highlights. The episode itself ran one hour and 15 minutes, which is highly unusual for American TV. But I'd be willing to bet the extra 15 minutes were entirely filled up by commercials.
Hope this Is what you wanted. It wasn't the best of shows, nor the worst. Though if you read the rest of the newsgroup, you can see a lot of folks hated the ending. Most folks believe Jerry will take a year off and then resurect the show. It's a rumor.
