See a show anyone?

I was at an episode that was taped two seasons ago. It was the episode where Elaine is getting ready for a trip to Africa w/Peterman and Kramer and Jerry's apartments have no water pressure in the shower.

I'd say it's worth seeing one episode being taped during your lifetime, but I probably wouldn't do it again. The taping starts at 6:30-7:00 and usually lasts until 11:00. After seeing them tape each scene two or three or four times, you're ready to go home.

One nice touch--Jerry comes out before the show starts, does a quick stand up, and then fields questions. I'm sure he gets the same questions before every show--how many porche's does he have, is it true that he has a fascination w/Superman, etc.

	Also, how does one get tickets? Where does they tape? Any other info.

The show is taped in front of an audience, but you can't get tickets. The tickets go to VIP's;friends and family of the show. You have to have a connection. I met Francis Bey, the one who played the lady that the rye bread was stolen from by Jerry in "The Rye". She told me that If she was on again she would try and get me in, so she took my phone #. Well, I no longer see her, and she hadn't been on again. I also called the set once and they told me the VIP situation. The show is filmed on Radford Street at the Mary Tyler Moore (MTM) Studios in Studio City. I also talked to a crew member, and he told me the same thing, he said he has seen it filmed many times, and that it is great. I understand that they use to have classes from schools be the audience, like a class trip, as a nice gesture. They actually used to have a regular audience, a long time ago, but haven't for years. I would love to see a taping, without knowing somebody attached to the show-its not possible. Jon B.

The most obvious question is whether there will be a true "motion picture" version of Seinfeld! I mean, something worthy of a wide screen. (Sort of hard to imagine, but ...)
