Jerry and money

Has anyone else every wondered where Jerry gets all his money from. He seems to have plenty and his not afraid to spend it. He has $800 to pay for the damage to his neighbors car, $400 to pay for Elaine's International phone bill, money for the opera, we never see him eating at home - he's always at the restaurant. He lives by himself in a big apartment, owns a car which must cost him a fortune to insure and maintain. He must be making some decent money on his stand-up jobs, although we hardly ever hear him taking trips to perform.

Most likely from his bank account.

What can you say? He's a giving kind of a guy who believes in Karma... Or is it Kramer?

Jerry Seinfeld (the character) even negotiated with NBC to do a (fictitious) TV show based on his life, where every episode would be about nothing in particular. Jerry Seinfeld (the character in the fictitious show) would speak lines written by Jerry Seinfeld (the character in the real show), who in turn speaks lines written by Jerry Seinfeld (the real person).

What ever came of the fictitious Seinfeld show?

Jerry's 'character' IS himself. He doesn't pretend to be anything he's not, and just goes about his business in a pseudo-fictional setting.

Who says? I swear over the past few months Jerry is always leaving for a stand-up tour is a distant city, and leaving Elaine, George, and Kramah to fend for themselves. Notwithstanding, his illustrious parents probably slip him cash under the table.
