why would you ever post something like that in here, unless you wrote it. All your doing is giving this guy free press. It's kinda like when the KKK marches. If noone showed up there wouldn't be a march, but protestors always have to show up to make a big stink. Therefore they come back every year.

No, but promotion isn't the same thing as publicity. I think he's saying that you're publicizing it, just like the anti-KKK protestors unintentionally give the KKK the attention they crave.

For what it's worth, the article/rant in question sounds like someone just trying to get attention and/or a laugh by railing against a popular show that most people enjoy. If you dislike their message and disagree with their ideas, best thing is to just ignore it.

Hmm, sounds familiar but I can't place it. It has a definite "Heathers" vibe to it, though. What movie is it from?
