In "The Deal" when Kramer gives Elaine the bench for her birthday. He's talking with Jerry about the poem, and Jerry's gift of $182. The door behind him is open, then closed, then open again.

There was also a scene in one episode where Jerry's shirt in one scene was completely different than in another. This could just be because I first saw the episode after it had been syndicated and 60 seconds cut from it.
