Anyone notice that when Morty Seinfeld said there's nothing available in Del Boca Vista and then Frank Costanza says "you mean there's NOTHING in ALL OF del boca vista?"
Reminded me of the episode with The Mastro, when he tries to stop Jerry from getting a place in Tuscany.

I'm not positive, but I think Morty and Bob Cobb (I refuse to call him "Maestro") were both asked how they got THEIR place and they both answered..."Got lucky."
