    It would have been about 12 mins into the episode, when Kramer mentions
that George's girlfriend and Jerry look alike.  Kramer leaves, George's
girlfriend leaves, and it's just the two of them in Jerry's apartment.  They
start talking nervously about how they are not attracted to each other, and
are not gay.
    One of them should have said, "Not that there's anything wrong with
that!"
    They seem to be making fun of themselves lately (i.e. "Twiiiiiiixxx!"),
so I don't know why they didn't do it.  I was kind of disappointed, because
I KNEW they were going to say it.  That would have been the PERFECT line to
end that scene.

I agree, WT. One thing Seinfeld's rarely been is predictable, and besides, I'm sick of that line. Sure, it's funny as hell, but I think it got a little over-used by certain members of the NG...

I think it's precisely because everyone was expecting it that Jerry chose not to use that line. I think it was a deliberate omission.

The only thing funny on tonight's show was when Kramer left Jerry's and there was a shot of the door. You hear the bird, a shuffle, and then the door rattles as kramer dodges the bird. That ws hilarious. I get a chukle just thinking about it. Have youe ever been around a loose live bird. It's freaky.

Are you crazy or do you have bird dung in your eyes? The WHOLE show was funny. I thought the Jerry & Elaine bit at the window ledge was GREAT.

but getting back to the previous scene where Elaine and Jerry are at the window. i could swear from an old episode that Jerry's apartment is 10 stories up. yet, in tonight's episode we can see from Jerry's perspective on the window ledge that he is only about 3-4 stories up. can anybody confirm this?

That was funny. But, I got a real kick out the little sequences where George was trying to break up with his girlfriend. Everytime she would look at him, shake her head and simply say "No" with such finality, I thought I would die. And then George would just give up like he had truly been beat and he knew it... I loved it!

I don't think J. Alexander did a good performance. That might be the whole thing that set me off with the show last night. Maybe I have been reading too many articles on the show lately and getting pickey, but he seems to have taken the short cut as far as the George character. He was always great at the most sick, twisted, perfect angle to take on a plot line, but now he is just plain manic.
