Fans praise the cable guy's emotional monologue scene in The Cadillac Part 2 as excellent comedic writing and performance, with discussion of the actor's prior work on Grace Under Fire.
The ending to "The Cadillac -Part 2" , when the cable guy gives the sob speech at Kramer's door, is by far one of my favorite Seinfeld moments. I really think the actor (who is he?) does a beautiful job with this scene. It is comedic writing and performing at its best. If you've got it on tape - rewind it now and replay that scene. It is superb!

Not sure of his real name but he used to be a regular on "Grace Under Fire". He played "Dougie" , one of Grace's co-workers at the oil refinery where she worked.
