Hey guys. I felt so many different feelings at the conclusion. And, I did feel like crying but stopped myself.
Some points:
1. When things started to get really hairy in the last 30 minutes of the episode, and I was feeling really annoyed at the hopelessness of it all, my husband said something like, "Look they just showed us everything that was funny and good about the show (and characters) over the last 9 years, now they're showing us the bad and funny stuff." 2. I also know now that last week was the real final episode. 3. It did have a very different feel than other episodes (sometimes it felt like Gilligan's Island ) and it just shows me how Larry David had changed over the last two years. 4. I loved the Plane Crash scene where Elaine and Jerry almost declare their love for each other. And, you know I really did want to believe that after all this time that Elaine had always loved Jerry. 5. Jerry's stand up prison scene was hilarious and brilliant and I needed to see them coping in prison.
It was a terrific ending to a standout show and I gotta tell you I'm really really sad to see them sign-off.
