Fans clarify that there was no sitcom called "Jerry and Elaine"; what was advertised was a promo for Seinfeld coming to Fox.

Hi! Was there a sitcom coming out called Jerry and Elaine? Someone mentioned this to me and said it was on...I haven't been paying much attention to TV lately. WHo is in it, and is it any good, IF it really exists? TIA for any info.

Then why was the station (I can't remember the name of,of course) advertising it?? It said something like "coming soon Jerry and Elaine on....WB....or FOX....or whatever the heck it was. Just a joke?

NO...Julia Louis Dreyfus has a sitcom coming out in the fall thats supposed to be a continuation of Seinfeld..except all the characters are different...wont last long...
