Name this Episode!!

HELP! I have been racking my brain trying to remember George's "witty comeback" that took him across country to deliver. I remember him eating a huge bowl of shrimp.

The line was something like, "I went to the ____ store and they were all out of you!"

The gang all said it wasn't funny and and the recipient of the line had another good retort about the shrimp eating.

Can someone please give me the dialog that led up to the comeback, the actual comeback line, and the retort when he uses it? Thanks!

Also, what episode did this come from (number, season, etc.)

Other guy says while George is scarfing a whole lot of shrimp:

"Hey George, the ocean called, they're running out of shrimp!"

George didn't have a comeback then, so later he comes up with this after catching up with the Other guy. George orders more shrimp so the Other guy can do the same zinger.

Other guy: "Hey George...." (George stops eating and stares in total anticipation) "....the ocean called, they're running out of shrimp!" George: "Oh yeah, well the JerkStore called, they're running out of you!" Other guy: "What's the difference? You're their best seller! Hahahaha!!" George: "Oh yeah!! Well i had sex with your wife!"
