For prime time shows on Thursdays, check out any of the NBC satellite outlets most people get via C-band systems:
- WNBC (NYC) on GE-1, Transp. 6 @ 9pm ET
- KNBC (Los Angeles) on S4 (Spacenet-4), Tr. 6 @ 12am ET/9pm PT
- KUSA (Denver) on F1 (Satcom C1), Tr. 14 @ 10pm ET/8pm MT
then for syndicated runs, check your local FOX, WB, or UPN network, if any, or any of the following (these are nightly except for Sundays):
- WSBK (Boston/UPN) on S3 (Spacenet-3), Tr. 3 @ 7pm ET
- KDVR (Denver/FOX) on F1 (Satcom C1), Tr. 5 @ 8:30pm ET/6:30pm MT
If you have a DBS system, the 18" dish variety, sorry I can't help you...
