There's one episode where Kramer is sick and really run-down. At the end, Jerry puts his arm around him and they ride off in a bus. What is the reference?

That was the episode where they think they have Jon Voight's (sp?) car. The ending is similar to a ending in a Jon Voight movie.

That was from "The Mom and Pop Store". George bought John Voight's car, and throughout the episode was singing "Everybody's Talking" from a Jon Voight movie (not sure which one). Kramer was suffering nose bleeds, and while on a bus to Jersey to get Jerry's sneakers which were being sold at a garage sale by mom and pop, sufferend another one. The whole reference is to the Jon Voight movie.
