Am I crazy, or did I see the guy who plays Banyan on The X-Files episode "Ice". Looked like him. Does anyone know his real name? Thanks.

Yup, that was him. Steve Hytner is his name. He played Dr. Murphy, the one who gets his throat slit. He was pretty funny in that, too.
