JERRY THINKS AGAIN: Jerry Seinfeld has backed off his plan to shoot a one-hour mockumentary to air in conjunction with his show's last episode. Meanwhile, two of his costars, Jason Alexander and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, told The New York Times they won't rush back to a prime-time series anytime soon. "I just don't think the public would accept me as another character," said Alexander. "Not with the reruns out there playing twice a night." No doubt that comes as disappointing news to Universal TV, which has a production deal with the actor....

I would DESPISE seeing him in another sitcom role. Anything he does would be belittled by Seinfeld's success, and would be too heartbreaking. He should concentrate on movies.
